Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:
Every order is made to order. Please allow about two weeks to produce your item before it ships or is ready for pickup, this is separate from the shipping time below.

Free local pickup is available at our shop in Kittanning, PA. We'll call or text when your order is ready, please call ahead before you arrive (a number will be provided by email after your order).

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order size:
Orders under $150: Standard Shipping $8 or Express Shipping $15
Orders $150–$349.99: Standard Shipping $20 or Express Shipping $35
Orders $350 and up, including team, group, and event orders: Standard Shipping $45 or Express Shipping $75

Placing a large group order, for a team, concert, or event? Email us at Info@BusybeeTsandMore.com before you order so we can make sure everything's ready to go.

These charges cover transit time only, after production. Total time from order to delivery includes both the two-week production window and the shipping time above.
