Refund & Return Policy

Because every item is custom made to order specifically for you, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or if the wrong size or color was selected at checkout. Please double check your selections before completing your order.

We stand behind our print quality. If your order arrives with a printing defect, the wrong design, or shipping damage, email us at Returns@BusybeeTsandMore.com within 7 days of receiving or picking up your order, with a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a reprint or a refund.

Before anything goes to print, we personally review every uploaded design for quality and printability. If there's an issue with your file, we'll reach out before we ever start printing.
